I was gifted a 1 hour float spa session by my friend Shonnie. It was the most amazingly spiritual gift that anyone could’ve given me, currently. For the first 15-20 minutes, I fought with letting go and just floating. I couldn’t clear my mind enough to free myself from my day2day worries; however, when I decided to let go and pray, it was almost like an out of body experience. I was able to talk to God & was able to free my mind of all of the worries an issues that are currently happening in my life. When I was finished and had gotten out of the pod, I had an extensive conversation with the owner, Leon. He is a wonderful human and extremely nice. I couldn’t help but cry, while telling him how much this session meant to me. I will definitely be back again!! If you haven’t tried it, do yourself a favor & book a session. You won’t regret it.

So I did my very first float ever here yesterday. I was very nervous going in because I am super claustrophobic, but the team (owners) were super informative (so I knew exactly what to expect) and highly encouraging! I cannot say enough good things about them. I love supporting great small businesses owners! I ended up being able to do a large portion of my float with my pod closed and lights/music off. It was amazing and I cannot wait to go back!

What a fantastic first experience with floating! My husband is 6'5 and was a little nervous about being claustrophobic. I have a little anxiety and was also a little nervous. We were greeted by the owner. He was super friendly, and explained how everything worked. We watched a short video, and off to the tanks we went. Each room has its own tank and a shower equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash. They provide ear plugs, and towels. Once inside you can choose wether or not to close the lid, keep inside lights on or off, and keep music on or off. Make sure you keep your head near the opening and feet near the back. My husband went in backwards to start and it wasn't as enjoyable. The first few minutes are a little unsettling as you are very aware of your breathing. I decided to open the lid with lights off at the beginning. Once I was comfortable I closed the lid. I put the music on for a bit and then turned it off. You definitely lose all sense of time. The music will turn off a couple of minutes before it's over. If you miss that cue, the pump will turn on and you will know. You exit your pod and shower off. After you are showered and dressed there is a little room to dry your hair, they have spray deodorant and q tips. Grab a bottle of water on the way out. I really liked this place and liked that we were supporting small business vs a chain business. We left feeling fresh and rejuvenated. Highly recommend.

Great first time experience floating! If you’re a girl and don’t care to get your hair wet, I would recommend a swimming cap because a normal shower cap will get submerged in the salt water. Super clean tank, and shower. I would also recommend bring your own toiletries if you’re picky on shampoo and conditioner. Would absolutely come back.

As a first time infrared sauna user, I became a member! I finished a half marathon the weekend before and was having an extremely difficult time recovering. Put the benefits aside and the fact that I felt a MILLION times better the next day, the owners and facility are the reasons to keep coming back! I felt so welcomed my first visit, it was everything I truly needed, mentally and emotionally too. Never did I think that I would have such true connection and conversation with owners, as they genuinely care about their clients! Their facility is the cleanest I have ever seen, in any “spa” setting. They have the best sauna and float tanks, even though I am just a “first” timer! I wouldn’t want to have had my experience anywhere else! The benefits are amazing from both and the red light therapy is out of this world too! Best investment ever to be a member and to take care of myself.
